John Phipps
Monday, March 8, 2010
Panel Discussion |
|
|
| |
John Phipps, the host of US Farm Report, will be sharing some personal insights. Since 1994, John Phipps has been providing unique speaking and writing services to agriculture, agribusiness, and rural communities. From seminars and keynotes, to articles and commentary, John generates up-to-the-minute provocative presentations that stimulate interest and response. Interlaced with wit and perspective, John's presentations breathe life into meeting formats and touch on areas of farm and rural living that trouble and excite us. His experiences in the trenches as a commercial grain farmer lend both credibility and empathy to his comments.
Familiar to farm audiences from the pages of Farm Journal and Top Producer, John has established himself as an independent observer who does not flinch from asking the hard questions or suggesting honest answers, even challenging the status quo. |

Tom Faranda, this year’s keynote speaker, is well known across the world as a global executive. His global trends have been on target for over 25 years. He forecasted the rise and fall of Japan, the rise and fall of the Euro and the rise of China as a world power as well as many other trends. Few speakers know the global world from the inside as Tom does. Tom Faranda's style is fast-paced and compelling to promote energy and to get a 'buy-in' from participants. His global examples, bottom-line techniques, stories and humor create a compelling experience that motivates leaders.
