On the Internet

You can access the New York Life's secure website at mylife.newyorklife.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need your Social Security Number/User ID to access the site, but a PIN/Password is not necessary to initiate enrollment. You will create your own PIN/Password upon enrollment.


MyLifeNow enables you to obtain information about your Plan account, request an account statement, select/change a beneficiary(ies) for your account, obtain forms, make election changes to your contribution percentage and investment elections, as well as apply for a loan, withdrawal or distribution.

Automated Phone System

New York Life's automated phone system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 1-800-294-3575 and enter your Social Security Number/User ID (a PIN/Password is not necessary to initiate your enrollment).

 

Participant Service Center Representative

You may speak with a representative at 1-800-294-3575 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Eastern), on any business day that the New York Stock Exchange is open.
