Caremark Severe Weather Announcement

On Sunday, May 22, Kansas, Missouri and Wisconsin issued a Governors Declaration of Emergency due to severe weather. This declaration will stay in effect until clean up is complete and work and business travel return to normal.
While UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service continue to process and ship your mail order prescriptions, CVS Caremark is aware that these areas may have delayed delivery due to the effects of the severe weather. As an additional service during this time, CVS Caremark Customer Care has activated a process to approve one-time emergency refills of a 10-day supply for Kansas, Missouri, and Wisconsin impacted members.
To obtain a one-time emergency refill, members can call the Farm Credit Caremark toll-free number at 1-800-565-5827 to request Caremark authorize an early refill.
