Employees Give Opinions About Benefits Program

More than 50 percent (3,732) of employees eligible for benefits offered by their employer through Farm Credit Foundations recently completed the Benefits Perception Survey. For those who took time out of their busy day to complete the survey, we thank you. It is very important for Farm Credit Foundations and participating employers to receive valued feedback concerning how employees feel about its benefits program.
This information from the Benefits Perception survey is useful in determining:
- Future plans designs and features
- Key areas of focus
- What communication vehicles employees receive benefit information
The survey also provided useful information about your financial and wellness behavior, as it relates to your choices.
