Issues Accessing Bank of America Website

Bank of America is experiencing difficulties with the year-end transition. Therefore, you may not be able to access your Tax Advantage accounts online at the Bank of America website. We are waiting for word from Bank of America regarding your access.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) holders have until March 31, 2011, to submit claims for 2010 expenses. Please note that your debit card has been disabled and you will need to submit an online or paper claim. If you have a Health Savings Account at Bank of America, you will be issued a new card for 2011 and your account is being transitioned to an individual
account.
We will advise as soon as we have more information from Bank of America.
