Welcome to the Farm Credit Foundations Benefits Plan!

 

As a new employee, it is important you have access to the information needed to make an informed and confident decision about the benefits package you select.  We have created a variety of tools and resources that we encourage you to use as you make this decision.

 - Review Your Benefit Materials

 

 - Make Your Benefit Elections Online

  • As a new employee, you have 45 days from your date of hire to enroll in your benefits.
  • Complete the Benefits Enrollment Form
  • Benefit forms submitted without the electronic signature will not be processed.

 

 - Review Benefit Enrollment Confirmation E-mail 

  • You will receive an e-mail notification to confirm your elections.
    This information also is available on Ceridian Self-Service (how to access).
  • Review this e-mail and report any discrepancies to your Benefits Administrator.

 

After You Receive Your First System-Generated Paycheck, Continue to Steps 4 and 5.
