Reimbursement for Your HSA
Only the balance in your HSA account is eligible for reimbursement.
For example:
If you use your debit card to pay for services and the cost is $1,000, but you only have $500 in your HSA account, your card will come back as being declined.

Online Banking: Claims can be filed online at the PayFlex website. Claims should be filed using the "File a Claim" link located under the Quick Links section.

Debit Card: If services are paid for with the provided PayFlex debit card, there will be no need to substantiate the claim. Remember to keep all your receipts for filing your taxes.
