Eligibility
Western AgCredit employees may enroll in the SelectHealth HMO.
Eligibility for coverage under the insured SelectHealth differs from the standard Farm Credit Foundations eligibility as follows:
- Domestic partners are not covered
- Eligible employees may be granted up to a 60-day leave of absence by employer or up to the time allowed for a qualifying leave under the Family Medical Leave Act.

How do I Make Changes to My Plan?
Changes to your pre-tax benefit elections – outside of your original eligibility period or annual enrollment – are only allowed in the event of a qualifying change in status. Changes to your benefit elections due to a life-changing event must be made within 31 days of the event. Learn More ...
