Child(ren) Term Life
You can also purchase child term life for each dependent child. Coverage is available in increments $5,000, with a maximum amount of $25,000.

Evidence of Insurability
If you do not enroll in Optional Basic Term Life when you become eligible, evidence of insurability is required for future participation.
Continuation of Coverage
Child Term Life is a rider to the employer Basic Employee Term Life, therefore, continuation is not available unless Basic Term Life is continued.
