We believe the primary reason our client satisfaction scores have soared is because of our clients. Our clients are very engaged in Foundations. They provide candid and timely feedback. Our clients are amazingly vested in our collective success. We share these results as a tribute to a partnership that is authentic and full of the best intentions all the way around.
Client satisfaction is a cornerstone of strong service organizations. Farm Credit Foundations has been in a building mode these past several years, and our client satisfaction tells us we are working in the right direction.
